Reservation and Payment Terms

Our Mode of Payment: We/Resort only accept CASH PAYMENT. Payment using Credit Card is not accepted. We accept check payment for partial and full payment provided that payment is made 2 weeks before the tour. We/the resort will not accept check payment either 1 or 3 days before the tour. For Travel Agency, we require 50% down payment to be deposited in any of the following accounts below.The balance of 50% must be deposited 2 weeks before the tour.

Reservation is required to secure your slot on your preferred travel date. The required amount is Php300.00/pax for 5 persons and up, 20% for 1-4 persons. The reservation fee is deductible in the total bill. A Voucher will be issued/send thru email after payment verification. The remaining balance will be paid upon completion of your tour. Reservation fee is non-refundable. In case of calamity/typhoon, our guest can re-schedule their tour within 6 months with no obligation to pay for another reservation fee. In case there is someone in the group who is/are going to cancel or unable to join at the time of the tour, the reservation fee shall not be refunded or deducted in the total bill. However, he/she can re-schedule their trip but the rates might change because the tour packages are dependingon the number of persons. Rescheduling is only allowed at least 2 weeks before the tour, otherwise your reservation fee will be forfeited. Should you wish to have a new schedule, another reservation fee will be required.
